The Rugby Game

Yay!!!!! Its nearly time for rugby, me and my family zoomed to the field as fast as a jet.  Once we got there I ran to my team like a wolf.  

My team cheered for me as I came to them.  I scanned around for the rugby jerseys. When I found them, I whispered as soft as a feather, “Target acquired.” I found my number. The one and only number 7, the open side flanker.  We had to warm up. Once that was done I felt like a fire was burning in me.  I  ran to my mum like a lion.  Once I got there she shrieked at me “it’s freezing out here,” and ran to get a jumper. When she came back she tells me have a good game.  After that I Sprinted back to my team.  We run on the field as a team and set up.  The whistle blew and the game started it was a hard long game. Very tough and physical.   We ran hard, tackled hard and played very hard.

In the end we did not win, but we had a good game.  We ran to the club rooms for prize giving.
